Cult Of Gracie: Politics & Limericks With Made Kane

Tonight, Wednesday, September 10th, on Cult of Gracie Radio, at 9 pm central, the special guest is Mad Kane. Madeleine Begun Kane isn't just another political blogger ~ not just because she wears many other hats (she's a recovering lawyer, a a musician and has a marriage and somewhat typical life dealing with work, money, etc.), but because she's funny as heck.

And I'm not the only one saying so ~ Bob Newhart recently announced her the winner of the 2008 Robert Benchley Society Award for Humor.

Her Raising Kane columns and other humor about marriage, work, money, travel, and other topics have appeared in numerous publications including Family Circle Magazine, the New York Times and have been carried by the L. A. Times Syndicate and Knight-Ridder/Tribune.

Mad Kane applies her linguistic skills to create more than rants and tirades. She writes clever verses, limericks, poems and verse about politics and current events, making the reading her opinion pieces far more fun ~ and her ire more likely to be remembered.

I'm certain it will be a memorable show. As always, you can participate in the show by calling in at 646.200.3136.
